@YLee@bookstodon I haven't touched a Kobo since I encountered their support. I bought a book and it crashed the device every time I attempted to open it. Their support response was effectively "too bad".
@TEG@YLee@bookstodon It was a third party bookstore (Pragmatic Bookshelf). The store was open to a conversation with Kobo if needed. The book worked on the Kindle I ended up buying to replace the Kobo.
