Not really, most countries use YYYY-MM-DD to save documents, photos or archive papers.

DD-MM-YYYY is for daily usage.

It is confusing when you learn it.

Spanish can be hard to learn when it comes to conjugations, but pronunciation of words is way easier than English.

While spanish doesnt have different conjugations for he/she it does for articles.

Masculine article: El clima (the weather)

Feminine article: La Escuela (the school)
