if i make static qr codes, no one can redirect them later right?

ive just heard of an incident where students redirected their books codes to p**n. can i make sure that doesnt happen? also, im using google to generate them, is there a foss alternative as im scared of tracking. lastly, can i make the qr code redirect to a specific page of a pdf as i want people to be able to scan them and...

In what world does a VPN need access to Camera and Bluetooth? (i.imgur.com)

I am fully aware of what vpn services to use and not. I am not using Express VPN, I am simply doing research for a master thesis, when I came across these results from Express VPN. If you have any ideas or corrections, please let me know why a VPN provider would need to have access to these permissions....

The backlog of the late and great Technoblade, probably one of if not the top Minecraft PvPer while he was alive, is always worth a watch

I never played WoW but I love Crendor’s Pointless Top Ten videos and Barny64’s slow decent into madness playing WoW Classic
