I didn't watch this. Humankind has lost reverence for what human hands can do. AI can only copy. AI (machines) are only as good as can be communicated. Human hands offer art.

Another thing I will not miss about living here - the HOA. The annual Halloween "forbidden" list was tucked into my storm door. No decorations on lawns, trees, shrubbery, cars (that's a new one), loud Halloween music, large gatherings outside (they define 'large' as more than five people), loud parties, and trick-or-treating between 7 and 8 pm only. Decorations on porches and patios are subject to fines unless they meet the following requirements: etc. etc.

@dancinyogi Why anyone would agree to an HOA is beyond me. I get that people want to protect their property values, but CCRs should to the job.
