Another thing I will not miss about living here - the HOA. The annual Halloween "forbidden" list was tucked into my storm door. No decorations on lawns, trees, shrubbery, cars (that's a new one), loud Halloween music, large gatherings outside (they define 'large' as more than five people), loud parties, and trick-or-treating between 7 and 8 pm only. Decorations on porches and patios are subject to fines unless they meet the following requirements: etc. etc.
