If you can locate the .swf files, Newgrounds (remember them?) put out a solid flash player application. I’ve been able to revisit some games and movies I saved from long ago.
Isn’t this just straight-up bad for the company? Doesn’t refusing to participate in arbitration open them up to lawsuits instead, which are more expensive and less favorable to the company?
