The rule is that you don’t capitalize prepositions (“of”, “in”, etc.), conjunctions (“and”, “but”, “or”, etc.), or articles (“the”, “a”, “an”). There might be a couple odd cases but those should be enough to keep you out of trouble with the people that get mad about Oxford commas. :-)

Good news for you: apparently people who ride e-bikes just ride more and still get exercise. As long as you’re actually using pedal assist, and not pure throttle.
My apartment complex is very dog friendly. It’s just shy of 100 units and I’d guess around 80% of people have at least one dog. I’m one of those people that doesn’t - but only because I can’t handle having a pet with my work schedule right now....
Terrible! Have you complained to management or the strata council? I can’t imagine having to deal with this awful affection gauntlet anytime you step out of your apartment.
