I share a name with a very famous professional athlete. I don’t even think about it usually but as soon as I have to give my name to someone I can pretty much count on some remark about the athlete by the same name....
I still use reddit for purposes ranging from getting solutions to pastimes. Same for discord. There are a few communities on it that I need to be connected, most notably dev related....
The API charges are only for apps that make a lot of requests in a short time. A single user shouldn’t exceed the free allowance in normal browsing but three of four users sharing an API key almost certainly will if using it at the same time.
The charge isn’t anything to do with validating your passport. They charge you a fee if you want to check in at the airport, cause their checkins are just self service bag drops in most airports, with minimal staff. I’ve flown with Ryanair a lot and never has the phrase “you get what you pay for” felt more apt.

Only if you already have the app; otherwise you’re bumping up the number of app downloads in the immediate aftermath of the API changes, which is probably exactly what they want to see.
I remember seeing Jet play at Leeds festival years ago. Some girl in front of us doing this, until a pint flew across the crowd and hit her lower back, splashing upward. Couldn’t have got more of that liquid on her if you’d tried. We were close enough to get a bit of the spray but it was worth it to hear her as she looked down at her partner and murmured “that was warm…”
Those of you who share a name with a celebrity, how do you deal with it? (sh.itjust.works)
