For Chiaki, could we add a link specifically to Chiaki4Deck? Last I checked Chiaki was in maintenance mode and wasn’t accepting edits to fix issues with trackpad swipes and some other deck specific improvements. Someone from the community forked Chiaki and made chiaki4deck, available on the discover store to remedy these issues.
The sources on wikipedia say it was Percy Spencer, an American self-taught engineer. He noticed a Mr. Goodbar candy bar he had in his pocket started to melt from microwaves from an active radar set he was working on. The first food deliberately cooked was popcorn, and the second was an egg, which exploded.
Engineering is a branch of Science. Specifically, Engineering is applied science. For example, scientists discovered that microwaves existed. Engineers made them heat up your food. How did we make safer and better microwaves appliances? Engineers applied the scientific method and iterated on the design and performed tests.
To say engineering is separate from the science is incorrect.
I’m at chapter 5 (of 7) and Steam is showing 15.6 hours (and 18/43 achievements if you are into achievements, which I am not.). I am still loving it.
I played a lot of it the last few days, so I am taking a little break to play something else. I need a few more restaurant days to make money to upgrade my suit to explore deeper to progress the main story quest. I blew all my cash training the best restaurant staff so that my kitchen is completely automated though.
I will say that I am chapter 5 now (of 7), and the game is always throwing new things at you. New mechanics, new story beats, twists on gameplay, boss battles, etc. It has stayed very fresh for me. I wouldn’t say it is overwhelming either. It starts a bit slow where you think, “ok it’s just a fishing, sushi restaurant management sim”, but this is far from all that the game offers. I am loving it.
Right. Where are the corresponding articles about human drivers that have blocked ambulances due to ineptitude? I’m sure we won’t find them, but I’m sure it happens more often than we think.
This is just like reporting of Tesla crashes and fires by the media. It makes it seem like a big deal, but only because regular vehicle crashes and explosions are so frequent they just don’t get reported. I’ve personally seen several cars on fire on the side of the road, and just a few weeks ago saw a car rollover crash on the highway. None of these ever made the local news.
If this was PS5/PS4 streaming but with the ability to play PS3/2/1 games locally, it would kill for $200. And they wouldn’t fracture the PS5 development base, which they are obviously afraid of doing.
Hell, even some modern indie games that don’t use the full PS5 horsepower could have potentially make a PSPortal version for on-the-go gaming.
How does this handle cases where no subscribers from an instance have subscribed to an external community yet? Other migration tools I have used require these to be added manually. Does yours automate this process?
