I only know that you read the base, not the point, because my dad had a set of dice that came with a d4 that was arranged like that. His were exceptionally hard to read, as they were yellow plastic with no paint to highlight the grooved numbers. First thing I bought at GenCon was a proper set of black dice with silver numbers.
I also prefer the point to be the number that you’re expected to read.
He didn’t recruit this deer, cause it’s not a reindeer. Reindeer have neat furry looking antlers, and are mostly white. That’s your standard asshole North America whitetail deer. The really are assholes. Drive slow so they don’t hit you when you’re in deer country.
The Republicans had the house in 2020. The last time Democrats had the trifecta was under Obama for about 6 weeks, they still didn’t do anything because enough senators were having health problems, so they still didn’t actually have enough votes.
We need to burn down the state election offices till they stop gerrymandering the fuck out of tons of states so that the Dems can actually have a supermajority.
Sounds like it would be wrapping up the Paul Atreides story, and laying the groundwork for the Emperor of Dune Saga in the last 15-30 minutes of the film. That should still be enough time to deal with Paul Atreides.
As an American, you just gave a better context for the stuff I did understand than most Americans could.
The colors weren’t red and blue back then, they were Navy Blue (North) and Grey (South). While it’s true that most of the south was predominantly Democrat back then, the events leading up to and including the Southern Strategy in the mid to late 20th century, cause the Republicans to stop being the progressive party, and become the fascist party. The Democrat didn’t really move much to the left during that whole mess. That is why you’ll see the southern states being referred to as red states today, because they are gerrymandered to guarantee Republican victories.
