Trebuchets are relatively easy to assemble, made of readily available wood, and more than capable of yeeting the fattest of fat cats. They are also legal to own and require no permits.
What’s the issue with “strictly necessary” cookies? Seems like that would keep me from seeing about 70% of the pages I visit, if I were to completely refuse SN cookies. I just turn off all extemporaneous cookies. If they want to remember me for the few weeks between a cookie purge, go right ahead.

I mean, at level 9, 5d (4+1) guaranteed damage is still pretty good. Especially for a 1st level spell. I did feel the need to make a 9th level guaranteed hit spell though.
