I just started a new batch of fermented pepper sauce, using mostly cayenne peppers but a few red jalapeño (and garlic, dates, and a carrot).

I'm about to make this:

1/2 cup organic turmeric powder
1 cup water or a bit more
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Mix ingredients to make a paste. The black pepper and oil help with absorption.
