excited to have a space where I can just be myself.
I'm recently self diagnosed #ActuallyAutistic, #PDA, #Aphantasia, #Anauralia & officially #ADHD (39yo, better late than never!)
It's been so enlightening to finally start learning and embracing who I really am.
Meeting other autistic people has been amazing and is helping me feel less alone.
For my #introduction, I chose to toot my favourite photo starring #Comet Leonard (C/2021 A1). I took this photo on one Christmas day in Canberra, Australia. I was doing my PhD on solutions to global environmental problems. #AstroPhotography helped me keep calm. I have since moved back to #Finland where I research and teach #EcologicalEconomics. In #mastodon, I plan to share my thoughts and work related to solutions, science, and photography. Feel free to connect if these things interest you.

I'm Jatea, I dabble in various TTRPG systems (most recently GURPS, various D&D editions and some retroclones, and the works of Will Uhl at Merry Mancer Games)!
I also play video games sometimes (currently early on in the Yakuza / Like a Dragon series, sometimes play Splatoon 3, occasionally play on a niche Neverwinter Nights server "Knights of Noromath").
Stephen King and Terry Pratchett are also neat authors!

Is there a KBin wiki or general userguide? (kbin.social)
Every spoiler tag variant I'd ever tried didn't work. Google was fruitless. No wiki/helpguide on the sidebar. Would be nice.
Is there a way to fix Kbin's formatting not working on Lemmy? this is in the mag bio. (see pic attached) (lemmy.world)
Noticed that my formatting does not render on Lemmy’s end, why is that? Can it be fixed?
