I don’t know why, but this makes me think of the book “Vassa in the Night.” Check it out of you haven’t

Can guys be witches? This sounds great

Okay but hear me out. Has anyone thought about swooshy dresses?

Why just women? Sorcerers can’t have fascination with antique talismans?

ChaoticNeutralCzech, (edited ) in ...and Dungeons ₰ Dragons! And Rock-and-Roll!

A small ampersand (U+FE60 “Dungeons﹠Dragons”) and a fullwidth ampersand (U+FF06 “Dungeons&Dragons”) are available. But the Pfennig symbol is OK, too.

I just don’t know yet how to get Lemmy to display unspoiled & in post titles. As for other special characters, I copy them from the wep, from a character picker or from a mobile keyboard.

Definitely looking for alternatives.

My triforce skills are limited.

ChaoticNeutralCzech, (edited )

The best one seems to be fullwidth ampersand, it renders similarly to an ampersand with spaces around it. It does not become &: in Lemmy post titles.

Comparison: »&« » & «

It’s been in Unicode since 1993 so it’s very well supported.

“It was really cheap, but someone already wrote on some of the pages.”

“…wrote what?”

“Just some names of a bunch of dead people. Weird, right?”

Not the worst thing one could buy.

Bizarroland, in Bet they "hate drama," too.

Just the other day I saw somebody who on one side of their $50,000 yellow Jeep had a Christian fish and on the other side of their $50,000 yellow Jeep had a long detailed story about how if they saw a protester in the middle of the street they would kill them and laugh at their dead bodies.

My point is hypocrisy is literally fucking everywhere

Sharpiemarker,

You could have stopped at “jeep” and we would have assumed the rest of the details. Like the ducks on the dash and low profile tires. They go well with blue/red/non-black lives matter stickers (apparently).

Bizarroland,
@Bizarroland@kbin.social avatar

Well, in my defense I was gravely offended in addition to the context because I also own a yellow Jeep and it's bullshit that yellow Jeep drivers are pieces of shit because I don't want to be a piece of shit

What’s “Love & light” about? I’m out of the loop

iheartneopets,

It’s a good vibes mantra used usually by wiccans/neopagans/witches. It’s akin to saying “have a blessed day”
