I’m not in the tech community, but I have an idea for a device I want to get made (just for my own convenience; nothing commercial or for an organization). Is there an existing platform for soliciting someone to build an electronic gadget for me?

It seems this community is being targeted by ad bots. I see all of them come from a @szmer.info instance (or?). Maybe it should be banned?

In order to get recommendations on your homepage you need to enable your Youtube history in order for videos to be “tailored for you”.
