Infrogmation, 8 months ago @allstartrek @kcarr2015 Well, and Seven was also sometimes HILARIOUS. I can't recall actual LOL scenes with Kess. Missed opportunity: Making Rain Robinson a regular character. My understanding is that they show only had money for one of them. #StarTrekVoyager #AllStarTrek

She could have easily been a lot more than she was. I'm nominally positive on her character. I liked her ok, but wasn't heartbroken when she left. That said, Seven's one my favorite things ever. I bet the writers had a ball writing for her, and Jeri did a fine job bringing her to fruition.
