lololol, a comment on the video says something like "see, here's why plug-and-charge is so great. You don't always have your phone or wallet with you, but -" and I'm gonna need to stop you right there, bud.
Yes. Yes I do.
I do the ol' pocket pat every time I grab my car keys.
@TechConnectify I don't want plug and charge because I have several different cards that I need to use at different times. Sure 95% of the time I use one card, but that other 5% things are weird. Sometimes I'm allowed to put fuel on my company card (but they warn me not to make a mistake and use the card otherwise - even if I honestly pay the bill it is still not allowed). Sometimes a friend is with and wants to pay their share of the trip.
@TechConnectify How could you possibly not bring your wallet if you're going out on the road? I would never be caught driving without my licence on me, you never know when you'll need to show it.
@TechConnectify perhaps gas pump manufacturers should start making EV Charging equipment because the credit card readers on those are generally reliable.
EV chargers should be under cover too. Plugging in a car when it is raining, or the sun is beating down on your has to suck just as much in an EV as it does with a gas car. And you spend about as long with your car either way if you wash the windows when you fill up/plug in, so you can't claim it is quick (or am I the only one who always seems to have dirty car windows and so I have to clean them?)
