For today's offline roleplay session, I packed a snack box in order to avoid anxiety-overeating. It's full of things I like to eat and chew on, as well as my afternoon tea cookies. I'll bring my own hot tea since asking for it or being offered one doesn't work so well. #food#actuallyautistic
