privacyfalcon9899, Is it possible the site is outdated? No mention of Brave, Protonmail, Simplex, Bitwarden, ProtonVpn, Brave search, startpage and more. It suggests Decentraleyes, https everywhere, privacy badger.
Logster998, It is very outdated, Privacyguides.org replaced it.

It’s on lemmy.ml which is down at the moment (likely DDoS attack). Try searching a bit later.
EDIT: It seems they moved to !fossdroid
