I see this being a abused. EDIT: you just asking for shit like child porn and all other crazy stuff to end up on there. You won’t be able to check every single torrent posted and even if you did how will you stop them with no I.P.
The problem is that it’ll be full of disgusting things soon enough. We’ll need very strict moderation tools for that to work properly. For now, magnet links work just fine.
