Divorcing and splitting assets equitably would protect what she gets and leave whatever Danny Masterson has open to lawsuits.
aaronstc, I don’t know what happened here but it’s common to advise against divorce during a trial as it makes the defendent look guilty. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve been secretly separated.
