It would be a nice feature to be able to select which installed browser jerboa defaults to opening external links in.

I have been experiencing crashes specifically when opening more comments in a thread....

When I type it seems fine but when I backspace or move the cursor sometimes random word get deleted or my cursor jumps to the beginning of the line.

Idk if it’s just me, but I don’t see anything about it being down. It seems quite unstable for me...

This is just a concern I had with the client. Back during the good ol’ Reddit days, I get notified about a post/comment reply immediately when it happens. I have since left that website, and for some reason I don’t know why this isn’t a feature yet....

atm jerboa creates its own folder. i would like to be able to download directly to “download”

I like the “hide read posts,” but I’d like the option to always be able to see mine. I have to turn the setting off now to look at my posts, then turn it back on for the feed. Anyone have any ideas?

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request, but when I switch to a different app or different view in the app and then go back to the main feed, it puts me back to the top of the feed....

These arrows are present whenever you are in the comment sections. Is it possible to disable them? I don’t really see a point in them being there. I don’t have use for them and they just take up screen space....

Usually when I’m scrolling, the feed will have posts added to the bottom. Sometimes however, I’ll get to the bottom of the feed and there are no more posts. Sometimes if I drag up the posts up, more posts will then appear. Sometimes if I scroll up a bit and then back down, more posts will appear. However, sometimes neither...

Basically the title. I hate the ad ridden offical Youtube app and would prefer to have it open in Firefox or some other browser. Is this possible? Is there a setting I missed? If it’s not possible right now can it be possible in the future?...

Before the last update, collapsed comments would stay collapsed even after leaving the post. After the last update they decollapse again.

Jerboa is loading pictures extremely slowly, up to 10 seconds per picture. Testing with website and other apps like connect I’m getting much more reasonable load times. Anyone else having this issue?

I don’t like using Chrome anymore, but any link I open goes to Chrome. Way more importantly, any YouTube video opens to the YouTube app, which is a huge problem imo. I end up not viewing 90% of the videos posted on lemmy, because I don’t want my YouTube feed to be screwed up....

Rif has a feature where you can filter out posts which links to a specific domain (regex like syntax)....

Sometimes I come across a image that I want to share with someone. Currently it takes a bit more time, and I have to download the image in order to do it. I would love to have share functionality built in the image viewer.

Currently you have to tap the three dots menu in the corner and then move your finger to the center of the screen to press “show community info”. I think that a nice shortcut to this would be to simply tap the community image. (I would also support a visible button for this, but at least tapping the image doesn’t require...

When a comment contains an image, there doesn’t seem to be a way to select the image and zoom into it, tapping the image collapses the comment. I suggest the image should open when tapped, leaving the rest of the comment area for collapsing.
