How to create a community via Jerboa?

I promise I’m not an idiot, but I can’t figure out how to create a community via Jerboa. I did it once a few weeks ago with no problem, but I don’t remember where the option to do this was. Can anyone let me know where to look?

I would’ve expected it to be in the hamburger menu here, but clicking on that menu does nothing:
