Top-right menu buttons aren't working

It’s been a week or two now since the top-right menu buttons stopped working for me. I can use the one to select between “Local”, “Subscribed”, and “All”, but the buttons for the sort/time and the three-dots button don’t do anything anymore. Has anyone else been having this problem?
