I am on the older side, really like everything about Elden Ring, except the difficulty. Is there games like Elden Ring but easier?

I bought Mega Man X Dive Offline, really hyped for it, but then when I double checked my VPN, I realized it was set for the Netherlands… Not good, I thought I had it set for the US as per usual....

First or third person, preferably 3D. No post-apocalyptic games unless it’s a post-apocalyptic scenario in nature. Also it must have a singleplayer mode. Does anyone know any games like this?

I love these mechanics. Manually controlling a player character to run around a world doing these things is great for immersion....

So i just noticed that when i really like the game at some point i will at once play the game and watch the stream/youtube wideo of the game( usualy speedrun or aome hardcore challenge). Been feeling the itch to get into an mmorpg. Hard to tell if there’s any good ones out. Seems some in the works but what is good this currently available?...

Whenever a fast paced action game like Devil May Cry, Prodeus, HiFi Rush or Doom have a grading system then I would feel like not continuing them as if some one is judging my performance, instead of a bar to get better....

Hi I am looking for a **free ** game with simple mechanics, competitive and online is a plus. plus suggest games that don’t require steam, I don’t want to install that software...

And I’ve rated them all below. I’m very glad Steam decided to do a big promotional event around them- it helped point me toward a lot of games I would have never tried/heard of otherwise. Some of the good ones might not be good the entire game, but they were at least good in the demo....

RE Engine: Monster Hunter, REMakes, DMC. All run beautifully...

Hi, everybody! Sorry for the rant! I’m Cross-Posting this from my other account on Beehaw, because I’d love to hear others’ thoughts on this. I don’t see much discussion about this and I’m really curious if maybe I’m viewing this all wrong....

I’m not sure why exactly, but I just struggle to finish basically any game where there is a heavy focus on story....

It just feels lazy to me, like the developer couldn’t be bothered adjusting the UI for consoles so they copied the PC interface and bound the mouse cursor to a stick. Some games do both at the same time, having menues navigable both with buttons and a cursor, but usually that makes all menus unreliable and unprecise as hell.

It seems like ring finger paddle buttons are becoming a controller staple. I know of these, what are some others?...

Bought Lies of P last night and made it just past the first boss. I know some folks are comparing it to Bloodborne and I can see why they think that (damn chimney sweeps). I do like the game although I wish the dodge was better. Bloodborne had a sick dodge system and this one isn’t quite there....

It’s a really weird, happy and sad state of affairs....
