gaael, 10 months ago Cryptpad is great but I don’t think it entirely fits OP’s requirements : it’s really private it’s in the cloud, so no self hosting is necessary they have a spreadsheet and a form app However, last I checked, there was no way to automatically get the form answers in an already existing spreadsheet.
