I made frittata!
It may be a bit silly but I’m really proud of it
Astroturfed, Frittata is one of the things I am most glad about getting a couple high quality oven safe nonsticks for. Highly recommend all-clad hard anodized nonstick is well worth the money just for eggs alone.
