Bacon and blue cheese with a bit of mayo and mustard! I pressed a bunch of patties and froze them last week, and just cooked the beef from frozen. Tasted great!
A friend has been growing oyster mushrooms and he gave me some this weekend. I made a lovely dish involving curry paste that turned out incredible. With a side of a quinoa, asparagus, and tahini dressing side I had meal prepped, this dinner just felt like a win. Healthy and amazing!!

This prep is fully dehydrated to it will keep unrefrigerated and all you have to do is add water when you want to eat it! Incredibly light weight.
I started a small farm this year, and this was my first meal sourced from my own plants and poultry!

Made with aforementioned peas, bell pepper, chicken, and cavatappi. Sauce is lemon and olive oil. Made these this last weekend, it was my dog’s birthday and she loves stuffed kongs, so I made us all a human version! I melted cheese on top at the end but I didn’t get a pic of that. The yellow ones are a vegetarian version.
I made this for a BBQ competition in 2019 and won first place in the side dish category against 60 teams. I’m still very proud
