I’ll be back later. For the memes but I’m also interested in coffee beans suggestions. Not really sure what I’m expecting from the coffee I make tbh. It’s meh but it’s still coffee.
So far I’ve tried a few kicking horse varieties. I like Hola the best so far (light roast). The medium and dark ones I’ve tried taste more burnt, I’m not sure if that’s from the roast itself or how I brew it (French press, 6 tbps for I think a litre, aim for 95 C water temp but not sure how accurate my kettle is and I’ll still use it if I miss it and end up with 100 C water).
