@kimlockhartga@bookstodon True, but I always watched Star Trek TNG wondering why the future was so obsessed with stirrup pants, shoulder pads and Spandex. I mean, are those really good for any body type? And they're onsies, right? So everyone has to get undressed in the space latrine to do any business (unless they've got some kind of space age secret that allows one to avoid toilets on the Enterprise). Seems impractical for everyone other than Data, if you ask me.
