But from a larger viewpoint, we also don't want to encourage nation states to behave in a manner where preventative could of saved civilian lives. From that viewpoint is where social media awareness can be useful. Highlighting and gathering resources to help those displaced. Donating to causes that actuality assist with on the ground efforts.
