freeman, 10 months ago Heres my trick. I use a braising brush and brush it on the chicken (or ribs, or turkey) BEFORE i cook it. The brown sugar one especially. Ill also add a little of my own seasoning if i want. Just a thin coat makes a glaze. Its all you need. Cook and eat.
