tallwookie, 11 months ago I recently discovered tomato powder, and it’s a “just add water and spices” style of sauce but the powder itself is a bit expensive. economies of scale being what they are it may be cheaper to buy pre-made pasta sauce in a jar. depends on how often you plan on eating pasta, really.
