TL:DR: When taking your ADHD meds (in my case atomoxetine) it’s best to take them and eat a meal at the same time....

I have gotten OK with lists of things I need to do and organizing those in a few different places I actually will look at, but what do I do about scheduling/calendars? I can do what my work calendar says but anytime I make my own schedule, it becomes invisible to me and I don’t even consider...
My psych is letting me try ADHD meds without getting neuropsych testing after all, which is great because that shit’s expensive. Wish me luck getting it filled with the shortage and everything. I really hope it helps! I’m tired of being overwhelmed all the time and unable to focus on what I want to focus on....
I’ve been employed in the same company for the past 16 years as a systems analyst. Over the past 10 years or so I’ve always had 2-3 monitors (4 - 5 at times when I got real ambitious). Recently, I downgraded to a single 32" 1440p monitor and it feels as if I’m able to focus more intently on what I’m working on....

I’ve been on Concerta 27mg (started at 18mg) for about 2 months now, and I’ll admit, I feel like I could be taking sugar pills. I’ve been told by my GP that I should just wait a little longer before upping the dosage, though I’m not even sure how much of an effect that might have....
Been on Vyvanse 40mg for a few months now and am loving life. I’m more productive, happier, can focus better, eating less, etc....
I’m having such a hard time finding adderral at pharmacies around me. Is there any alternatives that still work well for you? I’m about to have a follow up with my doctor. Might ask about alternatives. I’m on 20mg adderral XR.
