@theautisticcoach@actuallyautistic No, but only because I lived in the desert for a decade so learned how to stay hydrated. Kidney stones a few times helped with reminders as well.
@theautisticcoach@actuallyautistic Yes! Although this never used to be the case. Until significant lifestyle changes brought on by parenting a medically complex child and COVID, I was quite regimented in hydration. Easily drinking 1 to 1.5 gallons a day. Now? It may be a couple quarts.
@theautisticcoach@actuallyautistic Thanks for the reminder to drink more water! I lost track of time while reading, and I forgot to grab my refillable water bottle before sitting down to read!
@theautisticcoach@actuallyautistic Especially in winter. In the warm/hot time of the year I usually drink enough, but as soon as temperature drops, I just don't drink enough.
It gets even more difficult since I have decided to keep my ffp2 mask on whenever I leave my home, so the most time I cannot drink anything when I'm in crowded streets, in public transport, in shops, or in public buildings.
