@housepanther@actuallyautistic when I was in these situations, quite often, I would first write a flaming letter to the person. Laying out everything clearly, with great rage. Then I'd rip it up and write a "more constructive" letter in the hopes that they might learn something. I felt very strongly that people should understand the harm they do. Or at least be told about it. (I didn't know about my AuDHD during my working years.)
