If I follow someone here, I want to hear about all of their new publications, research projects and career developments! And I'm also happy to celebrate with anyone who has just finished the first draft of chapter 2 of their thesis, submitted a proposal for conference or finished their grading for this term.
The only thing I don't like so much is when very senior people post only about own achievements without ever appreciating those of others.
