I'm finding a negative correlation with the number of full professors present and the likelihood that a meeting will actually take place without being moved at least once.
This negative correlation is exacerbated wildly if a dean is to be present.
(disclaimer: I do realize everyone is doing what they can. This is about too many meetings at all levels of academia.)
