I’m sure some would/could try, but at least for anything specific and with any certainty you would need to post more pictures with different perspectives and details!

Great report, I was there this weekend for the ACE event and I agree with a lot of what you said. It instantly shot to one of my favorite parks just on virtue of the incredible ops alone, and the great ride lineup and atmosphere is a cherry on top. Shame you just missed Primordial, it’s definitely not a top tier ride but it is quite unique and worth checking out once the crowds for it start dying down if you’re ever back.
Was Colossus not open? I absolutely adore Lagoon and went for Cannibal opening season. Gotta say, Wicked was just a little more fun. Maybe it was the crazy fast dispatches and marathon-able nature of it but I think I was at 8 rides by the end of the day. My favorite seat was in the back row, inside.
If/when you go back I strongly suggest utilizing the sky ride to get to the other side of the park. That was my favorite way to pass the time and get to/from the “big kid” rides.
I actually did ride both Colossus and the sky ride! I can’t even remember the last time I rode a chairlift (other than my last time skiing). It’s very relaxing and a nice way to see the mountain backdrop of the area.
It’s still one of the best parks… it’s run so well and there is soooo much to do for everyone. My whole family now goes typically twice a year (and I often venture there a 3rd or 4th time as well).
It also happens with posts from project.sefau.lt to movie&tv at lemmy.film
It’s not some minor thing btw: those posts will be stuck a the top of everyone’s New feed for however many hours it takes to time out, above any other post, irrespective of where and when posted.
Oh wow, ok. Thank you for the info. I wasn’t really sure what to search for since I don’t know how these things work. Just wanted to make sure that using the recent “old lemmy” thing wasn’t causing me issues.
Yes, but how about the artists that pressed their recordings only on vinyl? There are scores of artists that may have only made a couple thousand records and will be lost to time without people saving them.
