A group of Mangrove Jewel Bugs (Calliphara nobilis) spotted on a leaf at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, Singapore, on 3 Sept 2023. When I attempted to take shots of another gathering, half of them flew away, so I left that group alone.

My five seconds of fame. 🙂 Glad to have helped local bee reseacher Zestin Soh (we're not related) by spotting a rare bee in Singapore. Now we know a bit more about its natural history.
