Almost a year since one of the most casually cruel layoffs in tech happened at Twitter and those laid off have yet to receive their severance.

If you stole this much from a corporation you would be in jail. But steal this much from workers and you get to comfortably sit at home while tweeting white supremacist memes without a care in the world.

I acknowledge that Apple products are sleeker, high in quality and they "just work". But I still left the Apple Ecosystem anyway and have absolutely no regrets.

@liztai definitely never felt the just work part.

I have to use a Mac for work, and nothing works like it should, and I spend way to much time fighting with simple shit, and then when I ask people are always like "oh just install this random third party software with brew", which then breaks half the time.

I hate it.

Got a bunch of new in and doubled our rain barrels.

@redcrew Can someone in like..official circles please start renaming common names for north american plants so they don't include words like "weed"? Like "Joe Pye Weed" should just be "Joe Pye Flower", milkweed should be like "Monarch Flower", etc.

@redcrew We do mulch-over-cardboard to kill the grass so we don't have to do all the digging. MUCCCHHHH easier for me.

We also have enough trees we can use leaves for the mulch! :-)
