kylian0087,

What i love about Mikrotik is. You buy it once and own it. Unlike something like Cisco or Juniper. You got tons of licensing fees.

kylian0087,

Opensuse already does this by default.

Opensuse is a amazing roller release as it is rock solid and stable.

How is pirating software a thing?

I understand that sharing video, photos, documents etc. is relatively safe because the data is not executed in the processor as instructions. How come people are willing to download and install pirated software though? How can one be confident that it does not contain malicious addons? Are people just don’t know the risks? Or...

Self hosted SSH key repository?

I have too many machines floating around, some virtual, some physical, and they’re getting added and removed semi-frequently as I play around with different tools/try out ideas. One recurring pain point is I have no easy way to manage SSH keys around them, and it’s a pain to deal with adding/removing/cycling keys. I know I...

Are there any other CoreXY printers with a bed >400x400mm besides the RatRig VCore 3?

I’m looking to print large-scale prints using ASA and other unsafe materials, so ideally I need something that has an enclosure or can be enclosed easily, but I’d rather buy something preassembled or partially-assembled as I don’t have time to build a RatRig.

kylian0087,

Theoreticly you can make a Voron any size you want. Although max recomended for the Voron 2.4 350x350x350. As it is being tested a load.

kylian0087,

A single pinned post stating people shut migrate to lemmy. Keeping the sub locked so no more content is made on it.

kylian0087,

I have not read the full docs on setting up lemmy yet. But i don’t think it matters what distro you use as long as the distro can run docker. So setup docker and from their it is the same for any distro.

kylian0087,

That is cool. I did not know this. Still i think docker would be the most universal and simple way.

kylian0087,

Right now i am using OpenSUSE Tumbleweed. But i am experimenting with NixOS as well. Bdw first comment on lemmy!
