I read this aloud with my ten year old daughter. I didn't expect the sex scene. I had to do some quick real-time editing... "and ... gasp! erm... then the boy and the fairy became very good friends!"

Also, some dark scenes with unfriendly unicorn 🦄. Great book, but not for children. Still one of my favorite Gaiman books.
