Watched a video on the new Toyota Camry and one of my favorite examples of car brain rot are the folks who still cling to cylinder count as the be-all-end-all.
They dropped the V6 option and now they're all hybrids.
Nevermind that it's making the same power as a V6 Camry from 20 years ago while also getting probably double the fuel economy, the crowd says "oh noooo 4 is less than 6"
Literally all they consider is the number of splodey holes. It's so tiring.
@MisterMadge@TechConnectify Was the woman short? Ergonomics could be legit. They're also quite dependent on the person so YMMV by a lot.
I find my knee hits the steering column of my corolla despite the seat being as far back as it goes. People taller than me would probably find the car increasingly unusable due to the pedals being, effectively, too close.
One of the things I did on today's #gamedev#stream was to improve the visual design of this energy device to be more consistent with the energy beams it's connected to.
