I figured “Fake” covered Photoshopping, etc., but will add that word in… I’m okay with light photoshopping to cover blemishes, coloring/lighting, etc though, but not to create fake body parts, types, muscles, etc.

Unless you are a moderator of a communit(ies), it’s very easy to simply block off accounts you don’t want to see, especially if you yourself know how to detect authentic posters vs “low quality posters”.
