There is simply no real, whole animal flesh in any kibble, and the flesh in canned food is often cooked and processed beyond recognition. In reality it can be argued that we're already feeding our dogs a "meatless" diet.

Essentially, animal flesh-based pet food companies enhance the palatability of dry foods by spraying animal fat known as "digest" (the entrails of chickens and other animals) onto the food.

Around 70% of the previously forested Amazonian land has been converted to pastures. Much of the remaining 30% converted to croplands, mostly to grow feed for cows, buffaloes, chickens, pigs, sheep, and other animals who are farmed and killed by humans all over the world.

Plantbased diets for dogs, cats and humans would free up vast amounts of land, allowing rewilding and biodiversity recovery.

Dairy and beef are two sides of the same coin. One cannot exist without the other. To be more precise, beef in India cannot exist without the dairy industry.

Each time we browse the supermarket aisles and purchase animal meat-based pet food, we promote and pay for the suffering of other animals.

100% of the dairy farms have calves tied away from their mothers. In some cases, they are tied away immediately after birth. This is done to ensure that calves do not drink any milk.

In 100% of dairy farms, male calves are either sold for slaughter or starved to death as they do not produce milk and add to the cost of the dairy owner. Dairy farmers have accepted this on record.
