He probably means that a Ukranian AA interceptor either itself landed on the shop, or knocked the Russian missile off course causing the incident.
Completely ignoring that either scenario would have never happened if there was no Russian missile to begin with. Nor that the Russians consider civilian targets good use for their munitions.

I understand countries wanting to have an alternative to SWIFT, even in geopolitics and finance, monopolies make everyone completely dependent.
The smaller BRICS countries run the risk of the larger ones manipulating their currency, and there are a lot of other competing interests. Will be interesting to see what they will come up with.
I would imagine the difference is that all our laws assume a human being with all its flaws and limitations. The Savant with perfect memory etc etc is an edge case.

Doesn’t the AI copy and store the authors work internally and then have the AI software do its work? Then at the core are copied works that where never licensed for this.

Generational decisions impact the current climate for work, home ownership, debt… everything.
It is impressive how much the ladder has been pulled up.
So every man in this region is currently under threat of being sacrificed on the battlefield. And once this is all over and unified back with Ukraine every man left alive in these regions will be suspect later on as well for collusion.
This place will suffer for many years to come. What a bleek outlook.
