@actuallyautistic Having major depressive disorder with generalized anxiety disorder as a co-morbidity of #autism is challenging. I tend to be more depressed in the mornings and feel almost depression free at night. The condition is puzzling and frustrating. For anybody else experiencing depression, do you have specific times of the day where the depression is or seems worse?
Universal staff shortages in almost every sector worldwide?
Geez, you'd almost think there'd been a deadly plague that had torn through the planet and killed, maimed, or incapacitated people, and caused serious emotional damage even to those who didn't get it.

Companies may be complaining about staff shortage but it must be BS.
Waves of layoffs, especially in high-paying tech sectors. Hiring is slow to non-existent where I live.
And yes, we're having another COVID surge but the only people talking about it are medical professionals working in ERs and hospitals treating people like me -- 6X vaxxed and avoided getting it until last month. F-ed my life up. No longer COVID positive or symptomatic, but I still don't feel right.
