Such odd rules for paying. I’d rather just talk to the person I’m dining with and see what they want to do. I prefer to just pay for what I ordered in all scenarios but if they insist after I say no once then I’ll let them pay.
Look into using a dns that blocks tracking. I believe Adguard offers a free one. Nextdns offers up to 300k requests free a month. Controld also offers a free trial.

I use productivity launcher. Its very barebones, works well, quick access to my apps and it's not bright and colorful so my phone is a little less appealing to look at and might reduce my screen time a tiny bit.
