@bookstodon I’m about halfway through Between Two Fires by Christopher Buehlman and it is fantastic.

Horrifying, enraging, and awfully sad. I didn’t know I wanted to experience France during the Bubonic Plague where Lucifer and the fallen angels waged a war with heaven and Earth. But I’m glad it’s what I’ve got.

@bookstodon Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern is probably my favorite book this year. It didn’t always make sense, but it also didn’t have to.

This book has some of the best setups and payoffs I have read in a very long time! Something innocuous mentioned in the first half can have a massive result in the second. 

Above all, it made me feel so cozy.

@Onse @Gingerlegs I got my 12 three-ish years ago and I’m having a lot of stuttering issues now. Sometimes I don’t get notifications either.

Had the same problem with my phone before that. Had it for three years and then started having issues.
